Your team knows the service. Your customers may ask for it in different languages and describe the same need in different ways. A booking, sales enquiry or support issue still needs a clear next step.

AYWA lets you configure agents with a language, voice and knowledge suited to their audience. You can build several language journeys around the same business task and keep the resulting work connected to your team.

Start with a language, a task and an outcome

Look at the calls you actually handle. Which languages do customers use? What are they trying to accomplish? Who takes over their request? Those answers help you choose the first journey to prepare.

The job can remain consistent across languages: understand a project, reserve a time or collect the details of an issue. Each agent needs to know what it can explain, which actions it can take and when a person should step in.

The language of the management interface and the language used in a call are separate settings. Check the agent’s language and compatible voice before testing with a caller.

Write for the audience rather than translating every sentence

A literal translation can make a helpful service sound unfamiliar. Use the terms your customers recognise: service names, appointment wording, product references and the expressions they use to describe problems.

Even an English-language journey can need different vocabulary across audiences. A customer may say quotation, estimate or quote; your agent should be prepared for the words relevant to your business. Test that understanding with someone who knows the audience.

Keep the required information consistent. Different questions can collect the same need, deadline and next step. The goal is a natural conversation that still gives your team what it needs.

Two languages, one usable sales enquiry

Illustrative scenario. A business receives enquiries in English and Spanish. Both agents ask about the requested service, scope and timing before offering an exchange with the team.

The phrasing fits each language. The resulting request follows a shared structure: stated need, missing details and requested next step. CRM and calendar actions are configured to record that follow-up.

Sales can prepare a response from the collected information. If the original wording must be preserved or information needs to be restated for the team, define and test that behaviour rather than assuming it happens automatically.

Make the voice part of your service

A voice helps establish the experience: calm for support, welcoming for a store or direct for qualification. Choose a voice compatible with the language and listen to a complete exchange.

Test company names, product references and specialist terms that appear regularly. If you use a custom voice, make sure you have the required permission. A useful voice makes the message understandable and the service recognisable.

Connect each language journey to tools and people

AYWA brings together conversations, knowledge and connected tools. A configured journey can consult information during a call, prepare a support ticket, update a record or book an appointment through authorised actions.

Plan the human handoff as well. Who can continue in the customer’s language? What happens if that person is unavailable? These decisions affect the experience just as much as the voice.

A multilingual setup does not itself establish automatic language switching during a call. Define and test any switching behaviour your particular journey requires.

Try the same situations in every language

Test a normal request, a correction, an unknown question and a handoff. Check dates, times and the information sent to business tools. For appointments, all participants need to understand the same moment, even in different time zones.

Your first pilot can cover one mission and the languages that are immediately useful. Expand based on the requests and outcomes you observe, rather than creating every possible version at once.
