The platform

Web deployment

Your agent, a click away.

Help visitors get answers while they are still on your website. Offer a browser call or a callback request, with the channel, domain and usage limits configured in AYWA.

How it works

  1. 01Published agent
  2. 02Chosen channel
  3. 03Allowed domain
  4. 04Website integration

01 / Web deployment

Choose how the conversation starts.

A browser call and a callback request do not behave the same way. Choose the mode that fits your visitors’ journey.

Browser conversation

The visitor allows microphone access and speaks to the agent on the page. The deployment must be active and the assistant published and ready.

Callback form

The visitor submits a request and phone number. A callback depends on qualification rules, the line, the agent and the available usage allowance; it does not bypass these checks.

02 / Web deployment

Configure the component, then add it to your site.

The Deployments area provides the integration code for your configuration. Use the generated snippet for the deployment you have prepared.

Appearance, language and fields

Set the component’s appearance and form fields. Check the interface language separately from the agent’s language.

Embed code

Copy the AYWA snippet into your website. It loads the component for your deployment; never put a private key in this code.

03 / Web deployment

Public access, with defined limits.

Visitors can see the component, but its use remains subject to deployment settings and service controls.

Domains, duration and quotas

Define allowed domains and maximum call duration. Quotas and concurrent-call checks also apply to the web channel.

Information and follow-up

Set the visitor notice and privacy link. The form checks explicit consent; requests can be reviewed in the tracking area.
