The platform

Campaigns

Get your contacts ready. Keep your calls organised.

Keep follow-ups moving without waiting for a gap in your team’s day. Plan calls around a clear goal, contacts you are authorised to call and defined hours, then review the responses and next steps.

01 / Campaigns

The right context before the first call.

A campaign connects an offer and a goal to an agent. Contacts can come from an import or a compatible connected source.

Contact imports

Import a CSV or Excel file, preview the data and check the fields you need. You can also add prospects already stored in AYWA.

Connected sources

Add campaign contacts through a saved integration that supports your goal, such as a CRM or prospecting tool.

Context and enrichment

Review available information and enrichment results. Availability and quality vary by contact and source.

02 / Campaigns

Add contacts automatically, with rules you control.

Contact imports run on the schedule you set. Review new contacts before adding them, or add them automatically under your rules.

Contact review

Review suggestions before adding them to a campaign. Duplicates, limits and incomplete records may need attention.

Automatic contact imports

Eligible contacts can be added automatically. This does not mean an immediate call: scheduling and launch checks still apply.

03 / Campaigns

You stay in control of the pace.

Prepare your campaign, then track call attempts and outcomes. Calls follow the hours and rules you configure; the campaign does not automatically run around the clock.

Hours, pace and retries

Set calling windows, time zone and retries. Usage quotas and concurrent-call limits still apply.

Start, pause, resume

Check readiness before starting. Pause when needed and review the history to decide what should happen next.
